The health problems I was experiencing began to catch up with me. However,  my unquenchable thirst for adrenaline needed to be met somehow. So what did I do? I joined a 1% motorcycle club. (see photo). I learned that there is no escape from the past and pretty soon it would come time to face all my trauma.

I was faced with a decision to sink or swim. I needed something so extreme to make a change in my life. I never took my health seriously because I was someone who could just keep pushing. A terminal diagnosis was just the thing I needed to fully potentiate and step into my power. Cancer and unresolved trauma are intricately connected. Throughout the journey, suffering became my best friend. Facing my demons became a way of life.

Knowing that the standard of care didn't address the root cause, I had to take things into my own hands. I refused any traditional cancer treatment, including chemotherapy. I began to blaze my own trail and hunt down any solution I thought MIGHT help, which brought me to a host of alternative healing modalities such as hyperbaric oxygen, methylane blue, cold punge, sauna, red light therapy in combination with the medicine mother nature freely provides (my personal favorite).

If you're looking for a way to empower yourself, all the information is out there. All it takes is a will to survive, a commitment to heal, and a positive mindset. I'm committed to bringing you the most valuable, real-time information and access to all my resources that I've gained on my healing journey so you that you can empower yourself and heal.

Long story short, I was born and raised between Richmond, VA and East Texas. I am no stranger to hard work and tough situations. I was a product of a broken home but refused to let it define me. Anyone who was raised on a farm or in the great outdoors understands the type of grit I grew up with.

At age 17, I sought out a way to serve something beyond myself. Idle hands meant I was destined for trouble if I didn't join the military. I needed something I wouldn't be able to quit. I needed discipline instilled within me before my wild behavior got the best of me. I joined the marines in 2009 and quickly rose through the ranks. I was a very successful helicopter mechanic and gunner, completing 2 combat deployments to Hellmand, Afghanistan. My last deployment I saw 94 combat missions in less than 160 days. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much.

A BIT ABOUT THE MAN with the ink + the methylene blue obsession.
